The Juggler

Ever had the feeling that life isn't all it could be?

The Juggler
The Juggler

So did Mark;  lurching from one day to the next in a state of Prozac-numbed pseudo happiness, his nine to five mediocrity with girlfriend and baby in tow had failed to fill a void which still lurked.
One night of random encounters would change everything, and hey - what would you do if someone gave you a suitcase of £40,000 and the means of escape?

Mark's journey is heart-wrenching and prolific -  as we share his development of taking responsibility for actions in a web of karmic retribution the story which unfolds is a gripping tale of actions and reactions, instinct and honesty which makes for a rollercoaster ride of a read.

Beaumont expertly paints a picture loaded with psychological devices and soul searching choices; the notion that 'perhaps you have to lose everything, to lose it willingly...before something else can really start to take its place' unfolds on the character of Mark as he seeks refuge and begins to rebuild his life.

A dramatic and vividly written second novel by a talented young writer his is a must read - top stuff.
